Video Designer

Job Description:
1. Responsible for the creative and production work of game video advertisements, responsible for the overall output quality and effect of the team;
2. Responsible for video team management, including business planning and implementation, overall planning and guidance of team members;
3. Maintain close communication with the Marketing Department, constantly optimize the video creativity and quality according to the release data, and improve the video release effect;
4. Real-time understanding of the game industry video production new ways, grasp the market hot spots and creative trends, constantly explore the direction of video creation, build team competitiveness;
5. Maintained and updated the document library of creative materials for game publishing advertisements.

Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above, art design and other related major graduate:
2. Mainly in overseas market, 3 years or more experience in video vision related positions, more than 1 year team management ability, with complete project coordination experience;
3. Mave good visual design and aesthetic ability, have a good grasp of visual lens, rhythm, color, picture, creativity, etc.;
4. Proficient in Ae, Pr, PS and other video design software, familiar with video production, post-processing and other work;
5. Love games, familiar with advertising and different channels of user characteristics, data-driven consciousness;
6. Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability, strong ability to work under pressure.
